The hotel's interior was cozy and the room was spacious and comfortable. The staff at the reception were very pleasant and helpful. The location was great, just a minute away from the main city avenue. The free amenities in the room, like tea, coffee, and bottled water, were a nice touch. The blackout curtains helped create a good sleeping environment.
The bed mattress was too soft, which could be uncomfortable for some guests. The noise from the street was quite loud, even with the windows closed, making it difficult to sleep.

I had a memorable stay at a charming and beautifully decorated hotel, located just steps away from the main square. The room I stayed in was clean, spacious, and provided a peaceful retreat. The staff at Kamienica Boutique Aparthotel was incredibly welcoming and attentive. I especially appreciated the convenient on-site parking and the free wifi. Plus, being situated near a big mall made my stay even more convenient. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as a mildly difficult parking lot entry and a challenging wifi signal on certain floors, the overall experience was delightful. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant and centrally located stay in Bialystok.

Limited parking space with a narrow entrance, making it difficult for cars to enter. Inconvenient payment options with strange currency conversion that resulted in higher charges

We loved the cozy interior of Kamienica Boutique Aparthotel, it gave a warm and homey feeling throughout our stay. The location was excellent, just a minute's walk to the main city avenue and close to the beautiful city cathedral and pedestrian street with shops and restaurants. The hotel's staff were very pleasant and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated, with comfortable beds and a modern bathroom. We also appreciated the added security with the card entry system in the evenings. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant was delicious, and we were impressed by the large selection of vegan dishes available.
Although the staff were fantastic, one cleaning lady was quite noisy in the mornings, which disturbed our sleep. Additionally, it was a bit difficult to find the hotel and a parking place upon arrival by car, but the staff quickly arranged for us to park on the side of the street next to the hotel.
